Born and raised in Aberdeen, life long cat lover Lisa spent four years based in The Port of Miami, working in retail aboard Vision Class cruise ships for Royal Caribbean, sailing around the USA, Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii. In 1995 Lisa was selected to be part of the transatlantic commissioning crew that collected the then brand new Lege
Born and raised in Aberdeen, life long cat lover Lisa spent four years based in The Port of Miami, working in retail aboard Vision Class cruise ships for Royal Caribbean, sailing around the USA, Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii. In 1995 Lisa was selected to be part of the transatlantic commissioning crew that collected the then brand new Legend of the Seas (now Marella Discovery 2) from the Saint-Nazaire shipyard. During the 8 day crossing Lisa was heavily involved in preparing the on board retail areas for service before sailing with 'Legend' on her maiden passenger carrying voyage.
After taking a year out backpacking around the world, Lisa returned to Aberdeen and spent 20 years at Aberdeen Airport firstly at the check-in desks, Cabin Crew, then finally as an Operations Controller and Aircraft Dispatcher. Following her redundancy from the airline industry, Lisa decided on a career change, and founded Mcleo Cat Care in March 2017.
Outside of work, Lisa is an avid Emmerdale fan, and her hobbies include gardening, art and craft, world travel, cooking, and films.

Ford Fiesta, 'Rosie', as she was christened when Lisa bought her from new in 2014 is our little workhorse and the official "McLeo Mobile"
Insured for business use, Rosie transports Lisa to your fur babies and carries an emergency cat carrier and blankets with her at all times. To ensure reliability, Rosie receives regular main dealer servicing and inspections.
